Parent Company of the Group is Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A., which was established in November 1986 by Mr. Stavros Kiriacoulis, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis and Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis. Its registered office is situated in the municipality of Alimos-Attica at 7 Alimou Ave.

The Parent company’s principal activity is the exploitation of its own yachts. The Parent company’s fleet consists of 2 different categories of sailing yachts:

• Monohulls: sailing yachts, which have one float (hull).
• Catamarans: sailing yachts, which have two floats (hulls).

The above yachts do not have permanent crew.

Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Sole Shareholder Shipping Co Ltd., which is subsidiary of the Parent company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the quality of the services offered to its customers.

The Group operates in three industries. The first industry is sea tourism with professional pleasure boats, owned by the Group and by third parties, second is the management of tourist ports and the third is that of real estate.
