“Υ/ΚΝΟΤ INVEST S.A.” announces the amendment of the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in the context of providing accurate and timely information to the investing public, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and Decision 25 of the Steering Committee of the Stock Markets of the Athens Stock Exchange, as follows:

• Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, 16 July 2026 (instead of Tuesday, 30 June 2026).
• Repeat Ordinary General Meeting: Monday, 27 July 2026.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that it informs the investing public in a timely manner by amending this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
