KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. signed a 5-year syndicated loan agreement of € 5 million with a view to financing its investment project. The investment project includes, among other things, the maintenance and the establishment of new yacht and customer service points in Greece and abroad, the continuous renewal of the fleet, the improvement of the company’s or its associated companies’ position in the marina management business and the exploitation of real estate. The project will be implemented in the next five years. OMEGA BANK has taken over the organization and the administration of the syndicated loan, in which HSBC BANK PLC, ALPHA BANK S.A. and EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. also participate.
