In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 & 14 of Law 3556/2007 and Article 4.1.1 (8) of the Regulations of the Athens Exchange, as in force, the company “Y/KNOT Invest S.A.” (the “Company”) hereby notifies the investment community of the following:

(a) according to the notification dated 04/05/2026 received from Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis, son of Stavros, on 04/05/2026, his percentage of voting rights decreased on 29/04/2026 from 8,95% to 1,79%, i.e. below the 5% threshold, due to the non-exercise of pre-emption rights corresponding to 679.879 ordinary shares; and as of 29/04/2026 Mr. Theofanis Kyriakoulis held 679.879 ordinary shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company,  and

(b) according to the notification dated 04/05/2026 received from Mr. Spyridon Kiriacoulis, son of Stavros, on 04/05/2026, his percentage of voting rights decreased on 29/04/2026 from 6,25% to 1,25%, i.e. below the 5% threshold, due to the non-exercise of pre-emption rights corresponding to 474.724 ordinary shares; and as of 29/04/2026 Mr. Spyridon Kiriacoulis held 474.724 ordinary shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company.
