In accordance with articles 9 §§1, 4 and 14 of Law 3556/2007 and article 4.1.1 (8) of the Athens Exchange Regulation as in force, the company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” (the “Company”) notifies the investing public of the following: in accordance with the notification dated 14/7/2025 TR1 received by Mr. Spiridon Kiriacoulis on the same date,  during the Athens Stock Exchange meeting of 10/7/2025, Mr. Spiridon Kiriacoulis proceeded to two (2) stock exchange transactions with which he sold a total of three hundred and forty thousand (340.000) common shares of the Company. As a result, his percentage dropped from 10,72% to 6,25%, i.e. below the 10% threshold and Mr. Spiridon Kiriacoulis currently holds 474.724 shares and corresponding voting rights of the Company.
