Mr. Nikitas Kiriacoulis has no equity interest in any company of KIRIACOULIS Group. Instead; he is employed under a contract of employment by “MARINA KALAMATAS TOURISM S.A.” as manager of the marina. No other connection does he have either as shareholder or as manager with any of the companies of KIRIACOULIS Group.
