Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. Renamed to Y/KNOT Invest S.A.

Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. announced today that, pursuant to a resolution of its General Meeting of Shareholders dated 4 November 2025, it has formally changed its registered name to Y/KNOT Invest S.A., enabling the Group’s evolution into a diversified investment platform with strategic interests across yachting, marina management, shipping, tourism, and hospitality.

This name change marks the beginning of a new chapter of growth, diversification, and international expansion.

Rigas Tzortzis, Chairman of the Board, stated: “The transition to Y/KNOT Invest S.A. represents an intended move to a broader, investment-oriented growth model.
