The Company would like to clarify that the Financial Results 2023 will be released at the Company’s website (www.kiriacoulis.com) on 30/04/2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company intends on proposing towards the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2023.
