The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. approved the proposal put forward by the board of directors to pay a € 0,051 dividend per share, up 4,08% compared to that paid last year.
Beneficiaries are all shareholders at the end of the trading session of Athens Exchange on June 30th, 2004. The dividend payment will commence on August 3rd, 2004.
The company’s profit before taxes rose by 5,78% in 2003 amounting to € 2.195.363,71 from € 2.075.345,20 last year, whereas turnover grew by 25,82% reaching € 10.379.350,53 from € 8.249.039,38 in 2002.
