In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the company’s shareholders on June 30th 2003, the dividend per share for the fiscal year 2002 amounts to € 0,049. Beneficiaries are all shareholders at the end of the trading session of Athens Exchange on June 30th, 2003. The dividend payment will commence on August 5th, 2003 at the company’s registered office at 7, Alimou Ave., Alimos, Athens-Greece.
