The company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” informs the investing public that on 04/11/2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, among other items, resolved to change the Company’s name to “Y/KNOT INVEST S.A.” with the trade name “Y/KNOT S.A.”.
The Ministry of Development, by its decision No. 5633733/12.11.2025, approved the amendment of the relevant article of the Company’s Articles of Association.
The Athens Stock Exchange was duly informed of the above decision.

Following the above, it is hereby announced that, as of 21/11/2025, the Company’s name on the Athens Stock Exchange will change to “Y/KNOT INVEST S.A.” with the trade name “Y/KNOT S.A.”. At the same time, the Company’s ATHEX OASIS ticker symbol will also change from the current KYRIO to the new YKNOT.
