“KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” announces that, according to the 22/12/2017 decision of its Board of Directors, has unanimously appointed as new head of the internal audit department Ms Eleni Sakellariou of Vasilios , who assumed her duties on the 22nd of December 2017, replacing Ms Efstratia Strogylou of Panagiotis, who left the position of  the head of the internal audit department the above-mentioned date and has been unanimously appointed  as deputy internal auditor of the Company, replacing Ms. Iliana Tsioli.
