Following its announcement dated 23.7.2025, KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public that it has successfully completed the disposal of a 27% equity interest in Y/SAPPHIRE INC., a company it indirectly owned in full (100%), to a third-party investor – a legal entity that is neither related to the Company nor to the Group.

The aforementioned investor acknowledged the growth prospects of the bulk carrier FEDERICA, with a deadweight capacity of 36.612 tons, built in 2012 at Hyundai shipyards.

This transaction is aligned with the Company’s strategic objective of maximizing the value of its assets through the participation of external investors, while maintaining majority ownership.

The Company will duly inform the investing public of any further developments on this matter.
