Announcement to the investing public

The Company proceeded, due to oversight, to the amendment of its “Figures and Information Statement” and “Financial Statements” for the full year 1/1-31/12/2006, posted on 31/03/2007. More precisely, the Company’s profit before taxes, financial, investment results and depreciation/amortization (EBITDA), in the table “Condensed Income Statement” for the year 1/1-31/12/2006 is amended from € 2,395,357 to € 3,192,694.The same amount is amended in the full year financial statements on page 14 in the “Income Statement”. The amended statements are at the investing public’s disposal and are posted on the Company’s website at www.kiriacoulis.com.
