Changes of Executive Officers

KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. announces that, according to the 28.02.2011 resolution of its Board of Directors, Ms. Hariklia Dimitriou Theodorou has been unanimously appointed as the new head of the shareholders’ service department in place of Ms. Sotiria Velentza who has left the position of the head of shareholders’ service department. Moreover, according to the 28.02.2011 resolution of its Board of Directors, Ms. Iliana Vasiliou Tsioli has been unanimously appointed as deputy internal auditor of the company.
