The company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” informs the investing public that under the restructuring of the Group and under negotiations, “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” on 04.02.2015 transferred to the Dutch company “D – MARINE INVESTMENTS HOLDING BV” 2.693.573 common registered shares of the company “Κ & G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT S.A.” of 1,00 euro par value each, i.e. percentage of 21,76% of total number of shares, at the total price of 5.230.000 euro. From the above transaction, an amount of 2.527.763 euro arose as capital gain. Following the above transfer, “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” now holds 1.192.501 common registered shares of the company “Κ & G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT S.A.”, i.e. percentage of 9,63% of total number of shares. The company “D – MARINE INVESTMENTS HOLDING BV” was already the major shareholder of “K & G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT S.A.”. It belongs to the Group of international operations DOGUS, which operates also in the industry of tourist ports management and is expected to make significant investments in this area for the development of marinas.
