“KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” according to Law 3556/2007 and the Decision No 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and in order to facilitate the calculation of the levels that a significant change in participation should be disclosed, announces to the investing community that the Company’s share capital amounts to four million five hundred fifty seven thousand ninety six euro (Euro 4.557.096) divided in fifteen million hundred ninety thousand three hundred twenty (15.190.320) common registered shares of par value thirty eurocents (0,30 Euro) and one voting right each.
