Following its notifications dated 09.07.2019 and 12.07.2019, KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. would like to notify the public, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Decision no 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that according to the notifications dated 05.07.2019 and 10.07.2019 sent to the company, by virtue of a triggering transaction on 04.07.2019, Mr. Kirk Kazazian, resident of New York, controlling member of the seated in New York, U.S.A. company by the name KAZAZIAN ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, indirectly holds 7.6449% of the common registered, with a voting right, shares of the Company. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held, starting with the ultimate controlling entity, is as follows:
