In accordance with articles 9 & 14 of Law 3556/2007 and article 4.1.1 (8) of the Athens Exchange Regulation as in force, the company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” (the “Company”) hereby discloses to the investing public the following: according to the TR1 notification dated 30/4/2025 received from Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis on the same date, during the Athens Exchange meeting of 29/04/2025, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis proceeded to transactions with which she sold in total two hundred sixty thousand (260.000) common shares of the Company. As a result, its percentage dropped from 12,388% to 8,915%, i.e. below the 10% threshold and Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis currently holds 677.129 shares and corresponding voting rights of the Company.
