ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION
The company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SA”, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.4 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces to its shareholders that the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of 24 July 2018 decided with a quorum of 73, 22% (ie 5,561,110 shares and votes out of a total of 7,595,160), the distribution of a dividend of € 0.02633 per share from the profits of the year 2017 and the profits of previous years.
The net amount that the shareholders will receive after deduction of the 15% tax (in accordance with the law) will amount to € 0.02238 per share.
Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders of the company that are registered in the Dematerialized Security System (S.A.T) records until 05/09/2018 (record date). From 04/09/2018 (ex-dividend date) the shares will be traded without the right to receive dividend for the year 2017.
The payment of dividend for the year 2017 will start on 10/9/2018 by the paying bank PIRAEUS BANK SA in the following ways:
- Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T system for the shareholders who have authorized their operators for the collection.
- Through the branch network of PIRAEUS BANK SA for the shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS operator.
- By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has declared that he wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the Dematerialized Security System Operation Regulation and no. 6 Decision of the Board of Directors of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive them through their operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the pledging Bank “PIRAEUS BANK SA”.
- For the shareholders who for various reasons could not be credited through their operators, it will be possible to collect a dividend from 14/9/2018 through the branches of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
For cases 2 and 4 the shareholders will have the possibility to receive dividend in person or through their legally authorized representatives for the period up to 31 December 2023 by presenting the copy with the data they keep to the Dematerialized Security System and the demonstration of the Police Identity.
Dividends that will not be received within five (5) years are forfeited in favor of the Greek State.
