ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION

The Company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.”, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.4 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces to its shareholders that the Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the company of 29.07.2019 decided, with a quorum of 65,62% (i.e. 4.984.229 shares and votes out of a total of 7.595.160) and unanimously, the distribution of a dividend of 0,0263326 euro per share before taxes from the profits of the year 2018 and from remaining profits of previous periods (2016).
The net amount to be paid to shareholders following the retention of tax of 10% shall come to 0,236993 euro per share.
Beneficiaries of the dividend shall be shareholders of the company that are registered in the Dematerialized Security System (S.A.T) records up to 11/09/2019 (record date). From 10/09/2019 (ex-dividend date) the shares shall be traded without the right to receive dividend for the year 2018.
The payment of dividend for the year 2018 and from remaining profits of previous periods (2016) shall start on 16/9/2019 by the paying bank PIRAEUS BANK SA in the following ways:
- Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T system for the shareholders who have authorized their operators for such payment.
- Through the branch network of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. for the shareholders who have requested an exemption from their S.A.T. operator.
- By deposit to the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), in which the investor has declared that he/she wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the Dematerialized Security System Operation Regulation and no. 6 Decision of the Board of Directors of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive them through their operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying Bank PIRAEUS BANK S.A.
- For the shareholders who for various reasons could not be credited through their operators, it will be possible to collect the dividend from 20/9/2019 through the branches of PIRAEUS BANK S.A.
For cases 2 and 4 the shareholders will have the possibility to receive the dividend in person or through their lawfully authorized representatives for the period up to 31 December 2024 by presenting the copy with their data in the Dematerialized Security System (S.A.T) and demonstrating their Police Identity Card.
