The company KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. would like to notify the public that, pursuant to the provisions of Law 4548/2018 and the dated 27.03.2020 resolution of its Board of Directors, it proceeded with the signing of the dated 30.03.2020 agreement for the coverage and primary disposal of a common bond loan, of the amount of 300.000 euro with fixed interest 3% and duration of ten years, which was covered by private investment of its by 100% subsidiary company “MARINA KALAMATAS S.A.”. The amount of the loan shall be used for the participation of the Company in the share capital of companies with main scope the exploitation of touristic ports.
