The company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” would like to notify the public, that in the context of the strengthening of the Group’s position in the area of the exploitation of touristic ports, “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” purchased by virtue of the dated 14.01.2020 Purchase Agreement of Nominal Shares, from the sole other shareholder “CO-OPERATIVE OF TOURISTIC EXPLOITATION – DEVELOPMENT OF MESSINIA S.P.E.”, eighty thousand (80.000) nominal shares, of a nominal value of 3 euro each, of its subsidiary “MARINA KALAMATAS TOURISTIC S.A.”, with GEMI no 1530904500, for the total amount of 255.000 euro or 3,1875 euro per share . Following said transfer, which was concluded on 23.01.2020, the company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” holds 200.000 nominal shares of the company “MARINA KALAMATAS TOURISTIC S.A.”, i.e. 100% of said company.
