Y/KNOT Invest S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that, following the relevant notification received by the Company, Mr. Rigas Tzortzis, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company within the meaning of Article 3(1)(25)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, acquired, by way of purchase, 22.000 shares in the Company on 2 October 2026, for a total consideration of EUR 31.557,24.
