Appointment of Two Market Makers

KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) announces to the investing public that it has entered into Market Making agreements with two (2) members of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX).

Specifically, the Athens Exchange has approved the appointment of the following ATHEX members as Market Makers for the Company’s shares:

• OPTIMA BANK S.A.
• EUROBANK EQUITIES MONOPROSOPI S.A.

The commencement date for the Market Making activities by the two banks has been set for Monday, September 8, 2025.

The agreements, governed by their respective terms and the ATHEX Rulebook, have a duration of one (1) year from the start date of the market making, with the option for renewal.
