It is hereby acknowledged that, the wife of Stavros Kiriacoulis of Theofanis Kiriacoulis, Head of Administrative Planning who she is also connected by the relation described in case (b)(iii), paragraph 1, article 6 of 3/347/12.7.2005 decision of the B.o.D. of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee with Messrs Theofanis Kiriacoulis of Stavros Kiriacoulis, President of the B.o.D., Managing Director and General Manager and Spiridon Kiriacoulis of Stavros Kiriacoulis, Vice-President of the B.o.D. and Head of Financial Department, sold on 19 April 2007 40,000 common shares of the company KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. of total value 66,000 euros through the stock market of Athens Exchange.
