ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE INVESTING PUBLIC

KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. announces that proceeds in disclosure of reconstructed Interim Financial Statements for the period 1/1-30/9/2007, because inadvertently, in tables of changes in equity of the shareholders of the Company (ordinary and consolidated) were quoted as comparative the numbers of the period 1/1-31/12/2006, instead of the right, i.e. for the period 1/1-30/9/2006, which are quoted now. The reconstructed Interim financial statements for the period 1/1-30/9/2007, which where re-approved with the 4/2/2008 decision of the Board of Directors are published in company’s website www.kiriacoulis.com.

It is notified that with the above, the equity of the Company’s shareholders was not affected on 30/9/07 neither the one of 30/9/2006.
