Announcement of the Framework for the Alteration of the Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. Articles of Association and Decision of the Alteration

Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. announces in compliance with the Article 19, paragraph 2 of L. 3556/2007, that the company puts at investing public disposal a framework of the Articles of Association accompanied with the modified provisions, which will be the subject of the company’s 30 June 2010 Ordinary General Assembly. The above framework has already been posted on the company’s website www.kiriacoulis.com as well as on the Athens Exchange website www.ase.gr
