(hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces, pursuant to Law 3556\/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, that, following the relevant notification received by the Company, Indigo Marine Inc., a foreign company and a legal person closely associated, within the meaning of Article 3(1)(26)(d) of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, by reason of being indirectly controlled by Mr. Rigas Tzortzis, Chairman of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, and Mr. Panagiotis Tzortzis, Non-Executive Member of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, each of whom is a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company within the meaning of Article 3(1)(25)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, acquired shares in the Company by purchase as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 12 October 2026, it acquired 33.400 shares for a total value of EUR 45.638,26 and<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 13 October 2026, it acquired 15.000 shares for a total value of EUR 20.117,50.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kifisia, 15 October 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Y\/KNOT Invest S.A.
