(hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces, pursuant to Law 3556\/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, that, following the relevant notification received by it, the foreign company under the name Indigo Marine Inc., a legal person which, within the meaning of Article 3(1)(26)(d) of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, is closely associated by virtue of being indirectly controlled by Mr Rigas Tzortzis, Chairman of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, and Mr Panagiotis Tzortzis, Non-Executive Member of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, namely persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company within the meaning of Article 3(1)(25)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 596\/2014, acquired shares in the Company through purchases as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 8 October 2026, it acquired 51.075 shares with a total value of EUR 70.529,12 and<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 9 October 2026, it acquired 35.868 shares with a total value of EUR 49.639,29.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kifisia, 12 October 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Y\/KNOT Invest S.A.
