(hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces, pursuant to Law 3556\/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596\/2014, that, following relevant notification received, the foreign company under the name Indigo Marine Inc., a legal person which, within the meaning of Article 3 para. 1 item 26(d) of Regulation (EU) 596\/2014, has close links in that it is indirectly controlled by Mr. Rigas Tzortzis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, and Panagiotis Tzortzis, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, namely persons who, within the meaning of Article 3 para. 1 item 25(a) of Regulation (EU) 596\/2014, discharge managerial responsibilities within the Company, acquired shares of the Company by purchase as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 11.09.2026, it acquired 20.745 shares with a total value of \u20ac32.524,84 and<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on 14.09.2026, it acquired 20.000 shares with a total value of \u20ac30.110,55.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kifisia, 16\/09\/2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Y\/\u039a\u039d\u039f\u03a4 Invest S.A.
