The above difference between the number of shares and voting rights is due to the establishment of a Share Buyback Program, which was resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on 04\/11\/2025 and is being implemented pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 06\/05\/2026.
