PRESS RELEASE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Successful Completion of Share Capital Increase<\/strong><\/p>\n \n Y\/KNOT INVEST announces the successful completion of its share capital increase<\/strong>, expressing its sincere appreciation to shareholders for their continued confidence and support.<\/p>\n The share capital increase was fully subscribed, raising a total amount of \u20ac22,785,480 through the issuance of 30,380,640 new shares.<\/p>\n Investor participation was particularly strong, with approximately 91% of the total amount (\u20ac20.8 million) covered through the exercise of pre-emption rights. Demand for the remaining \u20ac2 million significantly exceeded supply, reaching approximately \u20ac13.5 million through pre-subscriptions from both existing and new investors. Of this amount, \u20ac9.7 million originated from existing shareholders, who were ultimately allocated approximately 21% of the shares they requested<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Overall, the offering was oversubscribed by 1.5 times<\/strong>, demonstrating strong investor interest and significant excess demand<\/strong>.
