The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held at the company’s offices in Alimos, Attica, 7 Alimou Avenue, on Tuesday 04.11.2025 at 2.30 p.m., was attended by twelve (12) shareholders representing 4.434.679 shares out of a total of 7.595.160 registered shares of the company, i.e. a quorum of 58,39%, a total number of valid votes of 4.434.679 and a percentage of paid-up share capital and voting rights represented of 58,39%.<\/p>\n
