(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221;) announces to the investing public that it has entered into Market Making agreements with two (2) members of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX).<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the Athens Exchange has approved the appointment of the following ATHEX members as Market Makers for the Company\u2019s shares:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OPTIMA BANK S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>EUROBANK EQUITIES MONOPROSOPI S.A.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The commencement date for the Market Making activities by the two banks has been set for <strong>Monday, September 8, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements, governed by their respective terms and the ATHEX Rulebook, have a duration of one (1) year from the start date of the market making, with the option for renewal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.
