{"id":24046,"date":"2025-07-23T09:53:12","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T06:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kiriacoulis.com\/corporate\/?p=24046"},"modified":"2025-07-23T15:43:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T12:43:38","slug":"announcement-to-the-investing-public","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yknot.gr\/ir\/announcement-to-the-investing-public\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement to the investing public"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following the announcement dated 15\/7\/2025, the Company under name &#8220;KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.&#8221; (hereinafter referred to as the Company), informs the investing public that it has proceeded through the newly established Y\/SAPPHIRE INC, which it indirectly controls 100%, to draw up a contract for the naked charter of a dry cargo vessel, with a capacity of 37 thousand tons deadweight, built in 2012 at Hyundai&#8217;s shipyards.<\/p>\n<p>The duration of the charter was set at three years with the obligation of the Company to acquire the ship at the end of the period.<\/p>\n<p>The total amount of the transaction amounts to 13.956 million dollars which will be paid as follows: 2.510 million dollars immediate, 7.614 million at the end of the three-year period and the rest in 36 equal installments.
