Mouzakis proceeded to one (1) over-the-counter transaction by which he acquired two hundred and twenty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty-seven (221.757) shares of the Company. As a result, his percentage rose from 2,7441% to 5,6638%, i.e. above the 5% threshold and Mr. Ant.
