{"id":23513,"date":"2024-04-26T16:53:12","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T13:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kiriacoulis.com\/corporate\/?p=23513"},"modified":"2024-04-29T12:47:02","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T09:47:02","slug":"announcement-of-regulated-information-according-to-law-3556-2007-2-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yknot.gr\/ir\/announcement-of-regulated-information-according-to-law-3556-2007-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556\/2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Appoint of a Temporary Replacement \u2013 new member of the Audit Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with article 44 \u00a74b, Law 4449\/2017, as valid after its amendment by Law 4706\/2020, and article 4 \u00a74 of the Regulations of Operation of the Audit Committee as contained in the Internal Rule Book of the company , &#8220;KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A&#8221; informs the investing public that, by its decision of 15.4.2024, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mrs. Konstantina Avrami as a temporary replacement &#8211; new member of the company&#8217;s Audit Committee in place of the resigned Mrs. Iliana Tsioli, until the next General Meeting of shareholders.
