More precisely, the company\u2019s profit before taxes increased by 36,9% amounting to 117.698,19 euro from 85.956,90 euro in the first quarter of 2001. The company\u2019s turnover (net sales) soared by 82,6% reaching 828.369,22 euro from 453.561,71 euro in the corresponding period last year.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth mentioning that this significant growth in the company\u2019s financial figures was accomplished in the first quarter of this year, that is, during a period where the tourist trade is limited. On the basis of this trend, the management of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. estimates that the company\u2019s financial results will display high growth rates during the year.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping SA, will propose to the Annual General Meeting of the company\u2019s shareholders the distribution of a 0,047 euro dividend per share, increased by 14,6% as compared to the 0,041 euro dividend per share distributed last year.<\/p>\n<p>Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A., having international experience in matters of sea tourism, participates in a powerful joint venture with the objective to undertake the construction and the management of the marinas of Flisvos, Zeas and Alimos.<\/p>\n<p>Athens, June 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INCREASE IN PROFITS AND TURNOVER OF KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.
