{"id":19067,"date":"2008-08-21T17:27:20","date_gmt":"2008-08-21T14:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kiriacoulis.com\/corporate\/?p=19067"},"modified":"2017-07-28T07:57:10","modified_gmt":"2017-07-28T04:57:10","slug":"bond-floatation-21082008","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yknot.gr\/ir\/bond-floatation-21082008\/","title":{"rendered":"Bond Floatation 21\/08\/2008"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The company KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A. announces that the process for the floatation of a 5-year common bond loan amounting to \u20ac 5,000,000 is completed, \u201cEMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A\u201d and \u201cEMPORIKI BANK CYPRUS LTD\u201d will be the bonded creditors, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3156\/2003, the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders on 30\/6\/2008 and the decision of the Board of Directors on 14\/7\/2008. The purpose of said common bond loan is to raise new funds for the Company to use for settling an equal debt towards \u201cEMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A\u201d for current working capital.
