After that the composition of the Board of Directors is set forth below: 1. Theofanis S. Kiriacoulis, President of the Board of Directors &amp; Managing Director, executive director 2. Spiridon S. Kiriacoulis, Vice-President of the Board of Directors, executive director 3. Alexandros K. Foukas, executive director 4. Aggelos A. Kopitsas, independent non-executive director and 5. Nikitas K. Sotiropoulos, independent non-executive director.
