From the above transaction, an amount of 2.527.763 euro arose as capital gain. Following the above transfer, \u201cKIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.\u201d now holds 1.192.501 common registered shares of the company &#8220;\u039a &amp; G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT S.A.&#8221;, i.e. percentage of 9,63% of total number of shares. The company \u201cD &#8211; MARINE INVESTMENTS HOLDING BV\u201d was already the major shareholder of &#8220;K &amp; G MEDITERRANEAN MARINAS MANAGEMENT S.A.&#8221;.
